- A. +2 above the 3-year average = safe (green); β3 to +2 = borderline (orange); below β3 = risk (red). Itβs a directional indicator β actual results shift with applicant count and difficulty.
- Q. Are physical tests more decisive for police / fire?
- A. Yes β fitness and interview weights are heavy. The tool only bands on written scores; check the police/fire-service notices for the rest.
- Q. Why do cutoffs creep up year by year?
