FLI 지방간지수는 어떻게 해석하나요?

FLI(Fatty Liver Index)는 중성지방·BMI·감마GTP·허리둘레로 계산하는 0~100 지수입니다. 30 미만이면 지방간 가능성이 낮고(rule-out), 60 이상이면 지방간 가능성이 높습니다(rule-in). 30~60 사이는 경계(중간) 구간으로 추가 검사가 필요합니다.

HSI 간지방증지수는 무엇인가요?

HSI(Hepatic Steatosis Index)는 한국인 코호트에서 개발된 지수로 8×(ALT/AST) + BMI에 여성 +2, 당뇨 +2를 더해 계산합니다. 30 미만이면 비알코올 지방간(NAFLD) 가능성이 낮고, 36을 초과하면 가능성이 높습니다.
