Online Hearing Self-Test
Put on earphones and listen to tones in each ear to check your hearing. Get your hearing-loss level plus hearing-aid and national-support guidance at once.
Before You Start
Please check the following for an accurate result. The test takes about 2–3 minutes.
Pre-test checklist
- Wear earphones or headphones correctly on both ears. (Speakers are less accurate.)
- Test in a quiet place. Background noise distorts the result.
- Play music first and set a comfortable volume (50–70%) before starting.
- Left and right ears are tested separately. Tap 'I hear it' when you hear the tone.
⚠️ Please read
This is a reference screening tool, not a clinical hearing exam. Results vary by earphone and device and cannot replace diagnosis or treatment. If you suspect hearing loss, visit an ENT specialist.
Tapping start will play a sound. Please set a comfortable volume in advance.
