A. No โ€” the add-on applies only to DSR calculation so the limit is set conservatively. Your actual repayments use the contract rate.
Q. Why +3.0%p in metro after 2025-10-15?
A. The FSC's housing-market stabilization package raised the metro / regulated-area stress floor to +3.0%p. Non-metro stays at +0.75%p.
Q. Can I use joint income?
A. Yes โ€” assuming you and your spouse are joint borrowers / co-signers. The tool uses a simple sum; bank underwriting may differ.
Q. Are policy loans included?
A. No โ€” this is for standard loans. Policy products have DSR exceptions / preferences; use the Housing Fund or HF official calculators.
