- A. The FSC's housing-market stabilization package raised the metro / regulated-area stress floor to +3.0%p. Non-metro stays at +0.75%p.
- Q. Can I use joint income?
- A. Yes โ assuming you and your spouse are joint borrowers / co-signers. The tool uses a simple sum; bank underwriting may differ.
- Q. Are policy loans included?
- A. No โ this is for standard loans. Policy products have DSR exceptions / preferences; use the Housing Fund or HF official calculators.
- Q. Will the bank lend exactly this amount?
- A. Banks differ on preferential rates, MCI, DTI, credit grade โ ยฑ5โ15% variance is normal. Get formal quotes from 2โ3 banks.
