1. 2026 Q1 (Jan–Mar)

   SHIPPED
   • Crossed 100 live tools (currently 119+).
   • Launched the Seller Hub (Coupang / Smart Store / 11st / Olive Young / Musinsa fee + margin calculators).
   • Bilingual KR/EN routing live on every tool.

2. 2026 Q2 (Apr–Jun)

   IN PROGRESS
   • Hub portal site (bal.pe.kr) — homepage, hub pages, 119+ tool detail pages, blog & guide CMS, AdSense readiness.
   • Site-wide improvement campaign across all 119 tools (UI polish, copy, schema.org, Lighthouse 95+).
   • Inline comparison widgets on real-estate / labor tool pages.

3. 2026 Q3 (Jul–Sep)

   PLANNED
   • Parenting Hub deepening — Ministry of Health & Welfare schedule integrations, vaccine calendars by region.
   • Marketplace seller hub v2 — settlement-cycle calculator + ad-ROAS planner.
   • Inline calculation history (browser-only, no server).
   • Korean elder-finance hub: National Pension claim age optimizer, retirement health-insurance pre-check.

4. 2026 Q4 (Oct–Dec)

   PLANNED
   • 2027 tax / fee schedule pre-applied to all relevant tools.
   • Sole-proprietor / freelancer 1-page comprehensive income tax estimator.
   • PDF export module shared across labor / contract tools.
   • Voice input for accessibility on the calculation tools.

5. 2027 and beyond

   LONGTERM
   • Reach 200 live tools.
   • Open API endpoints for select calculators (rate-limited, free for low volume).
   • Optional sign-in (still free) for cross-device save / shareable result links — opt-in only.
   • Community-contributed tool template (review-gated, MIT-licensed).

How priorities are decided

User votes

Direct email / Threads requests are tallied weekly. The most-requested item from the previous month is prioritized.

Search demand

Search Console + Naver Search Advisor "queries with 0 clicks" are reviewed monthly to catch unmet demand.

Domain urgency

Scheduled law / fee changes (annual tax brackets, marketplace fee revisions, vaccine schedule updates) get a fixed launch deadline.

Build cost

Tools that can ship inside one weekend (≤ 16 hours) jump the queue if demand is comparable.

Coverage gap

Hubs with fewer live tools get a small bias to keep portfolio coverage balanced across 12 hubs.
