An employer who grants reduced working hours can receive the Maternity/Childcare Employment Stability Incentive — about ₩300,000/month per worker (flat, priority-support firms). If a replacement worker is hired, up to ₩1.4M/month more. Amounts and conditions vary by firm size and year.
