- A. Preset values are USD-base averages per role, auto-converted to your currency. For accuracy, switch to custom input and enter your firmβs real numbers.
- Q. What does the cost include?
- A. Only direct labor cost (salary Γ· annual work hours Γ meeting hours) is computed. Room rent and overhead can be added through an optional multiplier.
- Q. What is the annual-work-hours base?
- A. Standard 2,080 hours (40h Γ 52 weeks). Mirrors the US/KR 40h-week baseline with average holidays.
- Q. Could the real cost be higher?
- A. Yes β fully loaded cost including benefits and stock often runs 1.3β1.5Γ direct labor. Multiply for fully loaded numbers.
