Print Size Preset Generator

LIVE

40+ print size presets A/B series, business card, poster with mmΒ·inchΒ·px conversion.

About this tool

Print Spec Preset Generator covers 40+ Korean print sizes β€” A-series, B-series, business card (Korean 90Γ—54 / European 85Γ—54), postcard, brochure, poster, large-format ν˜„μˆ˜λ§‰, banner β€” and outputs mm/inch/px simultaneously with adjustable DPI (72/150/300/600) and bleed. It produces ready-to-paste artboard dimensions for Photoshop / Illustrator new-document setup, exports a bleed-included artboard PNG preview, copies values to clipboard with one click, and auto-applies the 1/10 scale-down trick for huge banners. Aligned with ISO 216 + the Korean Printing Industry Cooperative standard, so output drops straight into a local print shop’s workflow. Runs entirely in the browser.

Use cases

Scenario 1

New business-card document

For a Korean 90Γ—54mm card with 2mm bleed, get exact mm and px dimensions to drop into a new Photoshop document.

Scenario 2

5m banner 1/10 scale-down

A 5m Γ— 1m banner at 300dpi is too heavy for Photoshop β€” use the auto 1/10 scale-down (50cm Γ— 10cm) dimensions instead.

Scenario 3

A4 brochure for offset print

Copy inch/px values for an A4 brochure + 3mm bleed + 300dpi in one click and hand straight to the print shop.

Scenario 4

Postcard + DPI comparison

Compare 100Γ—148mm postcard file sizes at 150 / 300 / 600 dpi to balance workflow speed and print quality.

Scenario 5

Frequently asked

Q. Is 300 DPI mandatory for print?
A. For close-viewing media (cards, brochures, posters) 300 is standard. Large banners viewed from 1m+ are fine at 72–150.
Q. How much bleed?
A. Korean shops: 1–2mm for small prints (cards, postcards), 2–3mm for large (A3 posters, banners). Default is 2mm.
Q. Korean card: 90Γ—54 or 85Γ—54?
A. Korea uses 90Γ—54mm β€” wallets and presses are calibrated for it. 85Γ—54 is the European/credit-card standard. Both presets are included.
Q. My banner file is huge.
A. A 5m Γ— 1m banner at 300dpi is ~59,055Γ—11,811px β€” Photoshop may refuse. The 1/10 scale-down is industry standard and auto-applied.
Q. Does it convert RGB/CMYK?
A. No β€” sizes only. Convert color space in Photoshop/Illustrator (typically to CMYK before final export).
